This renovation delivered carefully considered updates that improved both function and connection to the home's South Okanagan setting, overlooking Skaha Lake.
The scope of work included the installation of an oversized kitchen window to capture views of the property, new oversized sliding patio doors, and the addition of a pergola to enhance outdoor living. Interior updates included a refaced gas fireplace, a custom backlit wood ceiling feature in the dining room, built-in wine bar cabinetry, and a fully renovated powder room.
The result is a balance between design detail and everyday usability.
