Gerald, or Ger-bear as the crew calls him, is anything but soft when it comes to custom home design and construction. His hard work is apparent in 3rd Generation’s extensive portfolio.

Organizing and maintaining all our documentation, Kelly is our de facto gatekeeper. She holds a Business degree with a specialty in Marketing and an Interior Decorating certificate. When she’s not keeping the office in tip-top shape or playing with samples, she’s reminding Cass to eat lunch.

Over ten years in the industry has given Kevin an eye for detail. He loves working on custom finishings and millwork projects. With his amazing attention to detail, Kevin comes in at the end of the job, which is why he’s known as the closer.

Melanie holds down the role of administration and bookkeeping. With over twenty years of experience, she knows how to keep the financials in balance and likes her numbers to be exact. She once spent three days trying to balance the books over a penny – not many would do that, but she loves it!
