His hands-on leadership and commitment to detail are evident in every home built.

As our Project Manager and Designer, Kelly blends organization with creative vision. With a background in Business and Interior Decorating, she helps bridge the gap between design ideas and construction reality. From coordinating details to guiding client decisions, Kelly keeps projects moving smoothly while ensuring every home looks as good as it functions.
MELANIE PRESTON
ADMINISTRATION

Melanie holds down the role of administration and bookkeeping. With over twenty-five years of experience, she knows how to keep the financials in balance and likes her numbers to be exact. She once spent three days trying to balance the books over a penny – not many would do that, but she loves it!
