Starting Our 50th Home Milestone

We are so excited to be celebrating the start of our 50th home this year! Looking back over the last 11 years of business as Kelowna custom home builders, we have built a wide variety of styles for different types of people, in different parts of their lives and in different parts of the Okanagan. Here are a few of the homes that we would like to highlight from our journey.

Farron Street 

We built this family home back in 2011, one of our first custom homes. Both Cassidy and Gerald did almost everything themselves, from framing and siding to millwork, cabinet design, interior design, project management, and site cleanup. Needless to say, those two were very busy.

Lot 35 Rockview Lane 

This modern Tuscan home was built in Kettle Valley. It won both a gold and silver medal in the Tommie awards, now known as the OHAEs.

Harvard Road

Here’s a sneak peek at one of our more recently completed builds. We were fortunate enough to work with Vancouver-based architect, Randy Bens on this home. It is located in southeast Kelowna and due to the natural landscape, we did our best to preserve as many trees as possible during construction. Not only is this home stunning, but it’s also very energy efficient. More photos coming soon… 👀

Hall Road 

This beautifully renovated farmhouse is located in south Kelowna. We were able to add 4400 square feet to their existing home but being on ALR land, we had to work around some imposed restrictions. This true farmhouse is not only home to an awesome family, they also have goats, chickens, and other animals that get to call the farm home too!

Lot 25 Boxwood Road 

This couple relocated to Kelowna from Ontario to live out their retirement in their transitional McKinley Beach home, waking up to stunning views every day. Their stilted stainless-steel pool and hot tub combo was an extra fun challenge!

Lot 25 Chocolate Lily Lane 

This modern home was our last showhome. With a three-tone Kitchen, Wet Bar in the main living area, horizontal railings, and LED strip lighting in the Ensuite shower, the design of this home was very popular!

Lot 6 Acacia Lane 

We collaborated with Materia Interior Design on this beautiful, modern McKinley Beach home. This home has been featured in a number of magazines and has also been on the front page of the Canadian Stone Industries website.

Lot 4 Mountainside Drive 

Believe it or not, this home was built 7 years ago. It was one of the first modern residences in Kettle Valley.
